All orders currently ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within one business day of the order being placed. Our online warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so all orders placed on these days will be shipped by the upcoming Tuesday. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. At this time we are unable to ship overseas or to Canada.
  • If you need to make a modification to you order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

What Can Cause My Order To Be Delayed?

  • If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file, including address and telephone number, your order may be delayed.
  • If your "Ship to" address is different than your billing address, we will call and verify to make sure you, the card holder, are the person placing the order. This process may delay your order if we are unable to make contact.
  • All orders placed with a value of $200+ MUST be verified by the customer for fraud purposes. This is company policy and is done for our protection as well as our customer's. If you place an order that needs to be verified, customer service will contact you via the telephone number listed on file.
  • During large sales and promotional events, shipping time can be delayed up to 2 business days. Please note that orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Friday).
  • During our promotional and peak shopping days period your order may not be shipped as quickly as normal. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact or call us at 863.937.9193 for help in choosing the right shipping method so you can receive your order in time. Your patience is greatly appreciated and we will do everything possible to process and ship your order as soon as possible.

    In-Store Pickup

    • Online orders may be picked up in store. Online return policies are applicable. Should you need to return an item, you may return in-store, but orders will not be processed at that time if time is not available, nor during Saturday hours.
