At Hattie’s Branches Boutique, we hope that you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please feel free to return eligible items.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you feel that you have received defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team at 1-863-937-9193 or email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt.
- Because we only stock a select number of the styles we feature, we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the item/size you would like and send the previous item back for a full refund or online credit.
You may NOT return the following items:
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of the date the order is received for a full refund issued back to the original form of payment. Or if returned within 20 days of the date the order is received an online credit will be issued. All online credit will expire 1 year from the date of issue.
- All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered, unworn, with the original tag attached are eligible for refund/online credit).
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shoe box label, or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Sale/Clearance/Discounted Items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and final sale! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund or online credit!

- Undergarments (lace bralettes, bandeaux)
- Gift Certificates
- Any item with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smelling of smoke will be refused, returned to you, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return of Items Purchased Online
To return an item purchased online, please review the return policy and eligibility criteria above.
- Next, complete the return form that was included with your order and include it in your return package. If you have misplaced your return form, you may download and print it HERE. If the return form is left blank and your returns have been accepted we will ONLY issue STORE CREDIT as your refund.
- Send your item back to us via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record and that you insure your package. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once your package is received, please allow 5 business days for us to process your return. You will receive a notification via email when your return has been processed.
Refund to Credit Card
- Eligible items purchased online may be may be returned within 14 days of the date the order is received for a full refund issued back to the original form of payment.
- Refunds (minus original shipping fee) will be processed to the same credit card used in the original transaction. If your card has expired we can process your refund to your new replacement credit card.
- If you paid via PayPal, you will be refunded as such.
- Eligible items purchased online may be returned within 20 days of the date the order is received for an online credit. All online credit will expire 1 year from the date of issue.
- You will receive an online code via email to the email address you provide on the return form.
- All online credit will expire 1 year from the date of issue.
If an order is returned after 20 days of the date the order is received, or is otherwise ineligible for return, the items will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Nonreturnable items will be held for 30 days, after which unclaimed items will be donated to charity.
Refused or Undeliverable Order(s)
- If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of shipping to you.
- Undeliverable orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Should you decide against re-shipment the original shipping fee and other address verification fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Online orders may be picked up in store. Online return policies are applicable. Should you need to return an item, you may return in-store, but orders will not be processed at that time if time is not available, nor during Saturday hours.
